Please carefully read these Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") before using any service related to Vella provided by Omnious Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company").
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of the Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between the Company and Members regarding the Vella service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
"Member" refers to an individual who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and has been entitled to use the services provided by the Company after agreeing to these Terms.
“Service” refers to the Vella online platform service provided by the Company.
"Content" refers to all services provided or sold on the platform, which means information or materials expressed in codes, characters, voice, sound, images, or video used on information and communications networks.
"Paid Service" refers to various services provided by the Company for a fee.
"Subscriber" refers to a Member who pays usage fees to use the Company's Paid Service.
Terms not defined in these Terms shall be interpreted according to relevant laws and commercial practices.
Article 3 (Interpretation and Application of the Terms)
The Company may separately set out terms of service and conditions for individual services depending on their specific content. In such cases, the terms of service and conditions for individual services shall take precedence over these Terms.
